[REQUEST] Clock Widget for iPhone 4 5.1.1

Hi all ... Saw this clock widget on a website ... Really like it a lot .. Was wondering if anyone knows how to do it (clock, date, day, month)...

I think your looking for a Cydia lockscreen theme called LS Blur:


I actually don't know how to do it, but there are tons of themes on Cydia that have them all. I like this one called LS Qlocktwo. It doesn't have the date but the time widget, absolutely amazing: (The background comes with a girl, which didn't appeal to me, so I changed it)
