    if they drop Samsung they are dumb...you think people were mad when apple tried doing maps themselves? it would take years for apple to supply the chips themselves..only other option is to basically downgrade to a cheaper company

    think of it this way..you go out and spend $1300 on a new computer..ur mom then goes to walmart and gets a laptop for $300...she doesnt get that she has a AMD dual core processer and you have an intel i7 processor...

    so if they did downgrade to a cheaper company moms will still buy Apple products..people who know their sh!t know that Apple is usually a year behind as far as specs already so...

    Samsung didn't invent Apple's processors, they just produce them. If they decide drop Samsung, they can just go to another manufacturer to create the same processors.

    Samsung isn't really ripping Apple off. They have a contract, so before signing the contract, Apple must've agreed to pay extra if Samsung felt the need to charge more. It's not like Samsung suddenly decided to charge more without Apple's consent. It's in the contract, so Apple was expecting it at any time.
