I have some questions: I have a gap between the glass backing and the antenna in multiple areas. Also, I have a small speck of dust/dirt lodged under the screen. Are those two issues grounds for a replacement? Will the employees automatically clear my old phone of data, or do I have to do it first? Do they replace it with a new one first, or a refurb? What's the higher priority? Do you need proof of purchase? I purchased mine through AT&T. Do I need to bring in the box and accessories?
