hi, I sent my iPod Touch 3rd gen 32gb to Apple for them to fix my home button, and lock button which usually were delayed and sometimes didnt work. Apple sent me the empty box to put it in, and i shipped it back (I still have the manufacturers warranty.) I have been following the status on apple's website and they identified the issue and now it says Replacement Product Shipped

Does this mean they sent me back a new iPod or just fixed the one i sent in?

    Thanks in advance,

    "store quality"

just think of it as a brand new used ipod. Its like one you'd find in the store but used. apple alwasy has a stock of refurbs so they can easily swap for repairs for faster transactions
