Repairing time

    Well I sent my touch to apple.. They are "Diagnosing product" Since february 29.

    I wonda how much time will it takes to return to me. So i'm asking if someone had ever sent their ipod to apple ? thank you.

    yeah...it takes a while...took them 2 months to fix my nano...but all they did was just replace it really

    well I want it for next week.. I can't understand it takes 2months to f***ing replace a ipod.

    imagine all the other sh*t they have sitting around their 'repaid facility' that was sent in before yours

    they aren't just going to stop everyone elses and do yours

    they'll be looking at the ones that came in before it, and take their sweet time because they're most likely getting paid hourly, plus a commission on how much money they saved apple by not replacing every single ipod that comes through

    well they dont have to check all my stuff I told them whats wrong, the battery.. they just have to replace it..

    life isnt fair, people were before you dude,youll have to wait,dont expect your ipod back in 2 days,they get thousands of ipods a day to fix...

    Thats weird.

    When my powerbook drive died, I had the laptop BACK with a new hard drive in 6 days from the time I placed the call.

    When i sent my first gen nano in for repair they sent me back a new one within a week.

    Same with my first gen nano. I was amazed at how fast it everything shipped.
