I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but I personally think that the forums on this site are named horribly. Everything is so redundant, and repeated. Do we need "iPod touch" repeated every single time? Here's what I'm talking about.

It makes the forum look REAAALLLLLLYYYY unprofessional.

The Jailbroken iPod Touch bit should be changed to Jailbroken.

Just everything is repeated, and some of the things are slightly misleading.

I guess you'll want this site to be renamed "fans.com" soon as well.

It's not doing you any harm, it doesn't need to be changed.

Better redundant than possibly confusing or lacking description

The only thing that bothers me is the
"2nd Generation iPod touch 2G" and
    "3rd Generation iPod touch 3G"
Other than that, it really doesn't affect me in any way.

Lol yer, we don't need the '3G' at the end if it already says 3rd generation.

A lot of those things are named that way so that the most users can find it via search engines. For example, take "3rd generation ipod touch 3g". By adding that extra 3g at the end, people searching for two common phrases will find it:

    3rd generation ipod touch 3g
    3rd generation ipod touch 3g

The same is true about the "ipod touch" in many forum titles. That's there after careful experimentation with search engine performance. About a year ago I took that off and traffic from search engines went down a lot, and then put it back in and things went back up.
