You know that Widget that combines the Music App and the Video App together to make the iPod App? I'm trying to remove it so when I uninstall it from Cydia, the icon is still an iPod. How can I remove the iPod App so I can get my Music and Video Apps back?

Just remove it, then Respring your device, if that doesn't work, reboot.

    Tried that, didn't work.

I would keep MMPF, but I'm trying to use this theme which requires the music and video apps seperate

Go into Cydia, search MobileMusicPlayerFlip, see if there are like multiple ones. Click on each one, if you have more then one installed. Hit, "Modify" then "Remove" Let it finish the Entire thing. IT should say, Return to Cydia or RestarT Springboard. If it says return to Cydia, tap it, then try a respring. IF it says restart springboard, tap it, and it should go away.

I already did that, there was only one. I tried uninstalling it but the iPod Icon was still there, even after a respring and a reboot.

Is the iPod icon on your dock? If so, take it off the dock then respring.

Please, how many threads do we need about this!?!?!

In the past few weeks, all we have are noobs asking the same questions over and over. They include things about: "other" files, why Kate messed up their iPod, what happened to MobileMusicFlip or what is Icy.

    PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!!

what you need to do is ssh into ur ipod. navigate to root, applications (if error msg shows, click the folder that has an arrow pointing up then click open the applications folder that is seen from there), mobilemusicplayer.app then take the given info.plist file, copy it to ur ipod and overwrite

i have 2 info.plist files, one merges music and video to ipod and the other splits ipod to music and video. if this info.plist file does not split ur ipod icon to music and video let me know b/c then i will find the other in my docs and send that one
