    uh.....touch and drag it?

    :EDIT:

Maybe you aren't aware, sorry. Press and hold on any icon on your screen until they all start to wiggle, then you can move them around wherever you like.

Yep, just hold the icon until it starts to wiggle, then just drag it out, then drag Opera in.

Well, u can move the icons around. But I don't think or maybe I don't know how to delete or replace safari because it is custom app.

It's not custom, it comes with the iPod.

If you want to remove it, you can put it into a folder with categories.

But you can't just remove it from the dock and place it on the first page of the springboard, thats why I asked. If you try and remove it from the dock it just moves back there, it's unlike most apps.Try it, see if you can remove safari OR music from the dock.

You're not moving them far enough off the dock.

dude you're RIGHT, for some reason both sefari AND music need to be moved at least 3 icons up, but EVERY other icon only needs to be moved 1 icon up. I would NEVER of thought of that, THANKS

I tried this with a few icons in the dock and it's strange that them 2 require at least 3 rows up movement before the detatch

Not really. Just move the Safari icon up a bit, as in, next to the 4th row of the apps. It worked for me, I just tried it out right now. So you don't need to move it 3 rows up.

EDIT: I'm SO SORRY! I didn't see that it was 4 days old. Sorry!

4 days old is nothing. To move an icon it doesn't even have to be moved that far.
