I have purchased a 64Gb iPod touch, and installed all my iTunes info on it, and would like to remove all info from my old 8Gb iPod touch for resale. How do I do this?

Do a clean restore of the iPod and don't sync it afterwards

I have searched everywhere in iTunes and find nothing called Summary or Restore. I am getting very frustrated!

When you plug it in, a screen should come up on iTunes which shows a picture of your iPod. It looks like this but it will have a picture of an iPod touch. The restore button is there under Update
