remove launch daemons and stock apps?

    has anyone tried to removing the launch daemons and stock app that they don't want/need like we could in the 2nd/3rd gen touchs. It helped spped everything up them and it probably would a effeect on the 4g touchs.

    I removed some launch daemons and it increased a few MB of memory

    did you use the same guild from the 3.x.x firmware or did you just removed some that didn't look important?

    the ipod touch 4 doesnt need any help on speed... stock apps wont slow it down.

    Just dont delete the CommCenter.plist file. If you do, back it up before hand to avoid a boot loop.

    i know you dont NEED to delete any launch daemons, but i still would like to as well... do we use the same ones from 3.x.x? thanks

    Well some people are crazy about speed (hopefully, the make your iDevice faster kind). There's nothing wrong with making your iDevice a wee bit faster.

    Also OP, stock apps won't decrease performance.

    yeah and then we can get all the kids crying about jailbreaking killing the speed of their ipods to shut up
