How would I go about removing the icon gloss from all of my icons? (If there is even a way) I could've sworn I heard of someone doing this though...

    like, for every icon?
  4. well, yes...if you go to "/var/stash/Applications.XXXXXX/" and look at any of the apps or "/var/mobile/Applications/" and look at any of the apps there (look for "icon.png" inside the app folders), the icons come with the gloss. So you'd have to edit them to get rid of it unless it didn't come with it (I think some app developers don't add it, I THINK)...

Removing the gloss wouldn't be cool - it would remove the look of new. That's what I love most about technology. It's always new.
