If I wanted to remove the dopbear SSH / FTP stuf now that I am done how would I go about doing that?

The only reason I would do it is I am wondering if it keeps the Wifi up and drains the battery more when I am not surfing or emailing.

Good point and I could. I like the auto stuff though.

I put my pod to sleep and I can't SSH into it so I guess it is managing itself.

I think the wifi stays on all the time at the home screen or playing music though. I wonder if thats from SSH or not.

As long as there is wifi and its not sleeping it will be on, if it sleeps, it goes off.. simple, it is domant while on if there is no exchange of packets, so its all cool, trust me.
