Yep. It has been released. It is an Alternative to MxTube, and works with the native YouTube browser. Get it on the Cydia Store.

It also allows the user to send their downloaded videos directly to the Video/Ipod app !

Yeah, and it crashes anytime you try to watch a saved video

Nope, it should work fine, its updated to work with iOS4.

Unless you are using an earlier version. It's YourTube 2, not YourTube.

I was actually lucky enough to download MiTube from the App Store before it was removed.

It's exactly the same as MxTube which has been avaliable in Cydia for 2 years or so now.

Besides, I much prefer YourTube merely because it's built into the YouTube app itself, so you can be watching a video and decide you want to download it - You don't have to quit the app and switch to MxTube if you want to watch or download it.

Does anyone know how to remove the videos that are added to your iPod library? They are listed under artist and songs etc. in my music app but I can't find them in iTunes. Perhaps I am just looking in the wrong spot, or do i need to SSH into it to delete them?

    Thanks

So I paid the 2.00 for the original yourtube in hopes of having a youtube downloader that works with iOS 4.0, only to get the news a few days after that it doesn't work with iOS4.0 (It wasn't indicated when I bought it), and now I must pay again for something I already purchased that never ended working?
