    Official Utilities 2.0 Release!


    New Features Include:

    - Transition Views
    - New Make Me An iPhone! Features
    - Power Off
    - NVRAM Boot Argument Changes ( Verbose and Back )
    - Nicer Interface
    - Increased Performace/Stability
    - New icon.png and Default.png ( Made By BigDaveyJ )

    Installation Methods:

    Method One - Manual Installation:

    Download the app from this post

    SSH it into /Applications, then execute these commands in your SSH clients Terminal

    chmod 755 /Applications/Utilities2.0.app

    chmod -R +s /Applications/Utilities2.0.app

    ONLY IF the app DOESNT work (Screenshot or Make Me An iPhone!, and more)

    also execute this command:

    chown root:wheel /Applications/Utilities2.0.app/UtilsBeta

    then Respring! The app should work!

    Method Two - Install From A Repo:

    Add this repo to your Installer repos - http://nicksipodnews.co.cc/repo.xml

    Refresh Sources

    Go To Folder "Nick's iPod News" under the "Install" menu

    Find Utilities 2.0, and install it

    Respring and there ya go!

    Has anyone had to restore their itouch due to putting it into verbose mode with utilities 2.0?

    If you put your itouch into verbose mode is there a possibility of having to restore it?

    No, verbose mode just shows what's happening behind the red curtain when you boot up.
