Remember RepoName? This is RepoName for 2.x. This is OutSource.
Special thanks to BigDaveyJ for hosting the .plist file that this application depends on.

OutSource is an application catalog for Cydia. It catalogs the applications by name and by source, so if you're looking for an application, you can always find it. I update the .plist file that the application depends on everyday, so you'll always stay up to date.

Stick in /Applications/, Respring, and Launch.
Should be on BigBoss in a little bit.

It's a application catalog for Cydia (like if you're looking for which source ColloQ is on, then you can check.) I update the plist daily, so it's always updated.

Suggestion: replace that awful, out of place looking button with an UIGlassButton.

Does it need reloading like Cydia? or is it just instantly?

Anyways, this is pretty awesome! thanks!

Unlike Cydia, it loads app/repo information from a property list instead of a databse. While this might seem convenient, it is actually eating up more bandwidth on the server. Also, just like Installer 3, it will start to take ridiculously long to download/read/present.

It literally takes 2 seconds. I just timed it. The application details are instant as well.

2 seconds for you, might be longer for some. Your connection is not mimicked by other people.

I'm not saying it's slow. I'm just saying that the application will slow down over time: as repos expand and more users download the app. You'd be better off switching over to a database containing the information, reading only what's new/different from the internet.

As for speed, I haven't downloaded the app, so I can't speak firsthand. I can only tell you what happened a year ago with Installer 3.
