Is there a way to extract zephyer 2 from an ipt? Ive only seen it for iphone also it is great to hear that he is still making the 2.0, the gpu emulation is what got me excited:p still wish we could get market working though, is there anyway to get the gapps /legally/

Core Android software (one that is distribute as Adroid source by Google) is under Apache Software Licance

    http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

Please everyone to read it and see what is legal and what is not. I think Sence UI is not open and even free, so there might be trouble with that.
And don't say that licencing is not a problem in redistribution, we can't talk about about piracy exactly due the licencing issues and fact that there might be sue risk.

Linux kernel is under GPL so won't be any problem with this part

His right you should check what you can distribute and what not ;] read the licence of software that you redistribute

When he says firmware files he means the zeyphr 2 nultitouch drivers right? and it would be wise to keep it legal, because in the future we hope to gain googles support in this :)

You probably won't :p Android is open source and you free to do with it what ever you want, yes, but gaining Google marketing support is something very different, iPhone is not there property and they can't force that property owner (that is Apple) to use Android. In other words it would be illegal for Google to do that.

iDroid is not first consumer tries to make Android running on device that is not made for it and non of them had Google interest

So, any time frame on when it's going to be put back up "legally"? (without the zeypher2 drivers and whatever the other one is, I forgot the name)

No, spirit is not a bootrom exploit which you need to even start thinking about openiboot/iDroid on new bootrom/mc devices
