[Release] GUI Jailbreaking Program

    How do I "give up my filename"? What do I need to do on step 2?

    I put the "iPod2,1_2.2.1_5H11a_Restore" ipsw file in redsn0w folder and in step 2, all I get is redsn0w.exe in dialog box

    EDIT: problem is fixed, I just restarted the program.

    Make sure your device is in DFU mode and connected to your computer, like my post before this one, you can look in device manager if it is connected.. I uploaded a screenshot:

    Restart the program, you must actually do this before opening the program, my fault, I will update it in V1.2 of the program, thnx for the bug m8!

    When I select the ipsw file in the second step and click start making ipsw file the cmd prompt opens and closes without doing anything. Any idea what the problem is?

    You probably have a bad IPSW file.. the one I use is named:

    iPod2,1_2.2.1_5H11a_Restore.ipsw and is 284MB

    I noticed some people posted IPSW files from 27 MB which will not work!

    Restart the program, it will show the IPSW file in the list at step 2 then.. (sorry for this bug)

    any tips for DFU mode? everytime i try it, i keep getting a black background with silver apple logo
