[Release] GUI Jailbreaking Program

Windows is not going to recognize the iPod. it is normal. You will have to put iPod in DFU with out it being on. Just count in your mind, or a stopwatch would work, to ten while pressing the home and power button at same time, let go of power (keep holding home) then wait for computer to react. Use the test Libsub program to help you as well, that let's you know if it is in fact in DFU mode.

i just keep getting error 1403 in itunes when i try to restore with the jailbroken ispw. can anyone help me out?

maybe i shouldve waited for step 2 to complete successfully..
i didnt wait long enough for CMD to exit on its own and i decided to exit it, therefore resulting in a corrupted patch restore file.

ERROR 1403= try to re download the ispw. and then re patch it : )

i know wat you mean but after i restoired my ipod with the broken ispw created by cyw00d then my ipod just completetly died!!!!i press the power and home buttons to try and put it into dfu mode but nothing happens and itunes doesn`t recognize it its totally dead!!!please help!!!please im desperate to know how to fix it or if its not gonna be able to fix ie ((((((((
