    4G iPod touch
I'm curious how proprietary it is. Do I have to sign up for a Fring account? If so, how do i know I wont be bombarded with 'friend requests' and such?

Also, first thing I would do is change those horribly ugly icons. Looks like a 3 year old made them.

Finally, I must have missed where this could be used on a Touch.

I just downloaded it and its very easy to use. When it first pops up you can either choose new or existing user. If you dont have an account all that you have to do is enter the username, nickname, and password you want. Once you're in you can "subscribe" to your skype, aim, yahoo, msn, and other accounts. It is a little glitchy, but not too bad. The first few times i tried to open it it crashed, and it took a few tries to get it to subscribe to my skype account. It wouldnt call anyone (im on an iPod touch) but it might be because they werent online.

thats nice, but why are they claiming that they are the fist VoIP app for the iPhone? didnt Sip-Voip come first?

Couple of problems on the iPod, no sound alerts, text box is just a black line (making it impossible to see what your typing), and having to click "message buddy" everytime you tap on the buddy is kind of repetitive.
