Hey guys. I know this is late obviously because majority of the people on these forums have already successfully jailbroken their iPod Touch 2nd Gen with the untethered jailbreak. The reason I made this was mainly for noobs on these forums that haven't jailbroken their 2g yet or for the newly joining members. Anyways, here it is. Note: You must be on the original 2.2.1 firmware (no jailbreak) in order for this to work.

There are more screenshots that i could provide, but I don't think it's necessary to show anymore.

This program is easy-to-use and will explain how to do everything step by step.

    Hmm, looks nice.
Good job... Too bad I don't have a Mac to try this out on...

    wow..
I downloaded NOR FLASH this just to compare it to other jailbreaks(untetherizer, pwnagefolder, manuel way) and the script works suprisingly well, worked first try.
But a common flaw with the Nor restore is the home button so i just did a regular restore with custom firmware but it will work perfect for noobs

Many people have said that once they Flashed the NOR, they have a slow wake up.
That has also happened to me too, so I'd just go with a full Restore, since it doesn't take as long to wake up the iPod once you finish.

Because barely anybody on here has a Mac. Just compare the "Views" of each post for Mac and PC.

PC posts have way more views implying that there are more PC users on here.

True, but still, there's a good number of people with Macs.

I know about 10 people on here offhand... Add the amount of people viewing the sticky'd tutorials and not forgetting the people that are not using the sticky topic, too.
