Refreshing Sources Not Advancing

    when i open up the installer app my ipod will then check for sources then it will refresh sources

    this progress bar will advance to a certain spot and then just freeze right there, no continuation...but i can still go to home and cut my ipod off

    the progress bar will just not move anymore, someone help me please

    I don't think it's something to worry about. Mine does that everyonce in a while and I think it's just the some of the repo's taking a little long to respond.

    I have this EXACT same problem and I cannot fix it. I would also love to see if someone knows how to fix this.

    Yeah not to worry about, it seems like ipod just go through a "teenager" phase where they dont respond to anything

    also it wouldnt be a bad idea to delete sources you dont use, like that chinese Iphone source.

    Yes, this happens to me, too once in awhyle. Sometimes it continues on after a looong pause, but what I usually do is close Installer first, and all other apps running and restart Installer. You could also try rebooting your touch.
    I just added a few sources and refreshed them all a while ago, and everything went fine.
