I'm not sure if this is supposed to be in this section, of somewhere in the themes section, let me know mods or feel free to change it.

Anyway, I have made a theme (the one in my sig) and it requires a lot of moving around applications on the springboard. I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to code something that would make it where the theme "self" installs. the user would maybe just have to drop a .plist file somewhere, or an app could do it for them, so that when they install the theme, it would automatically be setup with the many blank apps in the right place. I hope this is possible. Let me know.

the file you would modify is com.apple.springboard.plist

It's possible...iit may have been done before. As I recall, messing with this file has had very bad consequences for some users.

The first step would be to create a backup...then I remember some of the problems people had were the backups not loading whenever they wanted to undo it all.

If I am thinking of what you are asking I can easily do this..
Check out Switch-It on Installer and try it..
Tell me if thats what you want done with your application..

he might have meant the guide I included??? idk

And I looked at switch-it. Didn't install it, but it looks like what I would want. instead of "Make it 2.0" it would be "Make it Reflection" and all the other functions would be the same (Back to normal, help, exit). This looks like exactly what I want, but I didn't use it so I'm only going off what it sounds like it does.
