    Nope. The A5 devices don't have a bootrom exploit (Ex. The Limera1n exploit were using for the i4 and below). The exploit used for the A5 devices was patched in beta 3 of 5.1... Hopefully there will be a new exploit soon.

    Might just give it a go, see how the battery life is and honestly I can't even remember the last time I turned off/rebooted my phone

    Since I have my blobs for 5.0.1 saved, should I be fine for downgrading back to 5.0.1 after it's stopped being signed? If so, I think I may upgrade my iPod touch. :)

    I hope A5 doesn't take too long. The new features are exactly what I've been looking for since 5.0.1 jailbreak. I would love the ability to delete photos from photostream, fatal flaw from the beginning if you ask me.
