Ok so i have everything i need downloaded. I go into the redsn0w.exe thing. I hit 2 then enter then it closes...

My ipod is connected...should it not be?

Does it need to be in DFU before i hit 2?

    Whats going wrong?

Do you have the 2.2.1 firmware renamed to OriginalFW.ipsw and placed into the core folder?

Ok i think this may be the problem...

When i click "redsn0w lite" in the core it says-

"This application may depend on other compressed files in this folder. For the application to run properly, it is recommended that you first extract all files"

    Should i click "Extract All"?
