Redsn0w beta 3 problem

    When I used the redsn0w patch, it made cydia and icy forget everything I had on my ipod that I had previously downloaded. I am probably going to do a restore but could you help?

    What do you mean "forget everything"? Like all your sources or all you downloaded apps. If it forgot the apps then you did it wrong.

    Cydia lost all the apps he had already downloaded, so it said it isn't installed

    Idea: Restore from backup using itunes.

    IF its a problem about deleting apps, just get Cydelete.

    no the problem is that when you use redsnow it replaces the cydia you have with a completely new one so it doesnt know what stuff you have installed, the only way to fix this is to just reinstall everything or for redsnow 0.4 to not replace cydia if you already have it

    Is just using quickfreedom still ok or should I do it this way?
