I have gone through all the steps, It's stuck @ "Waiting for reboot". It's been there for about 10 minutes now, Is that normal?

I dont know what is up with Redsn0w, but dont use it to Jailbreak. I used the thethered one originaly, and my iPod died, I had to buy a new one. Just use QuickFreedom to jailbreak it.

Um, try running it again. Or try running it in compatibility mode and run it as admin.

Ummm what is so good about RedSn0w? It killed my iPod and I payed 200 more bucks to buy a new one, and QuickFreedom is better because you can change the boot logo and recovery logo before and after you Jailbreak.

the redsn0w you used was the tethered version, when you rebooted or let the battery died and it wouldn't boot up, you thought it was dead. The new redsn0w does everything for you, it is untethered, and there is no need for a restore

I know the shutting off thing, I knew how to restore it when I did that, but one day all the suddon with full battery, I got a white screen for 30 seconds, then black screen with spinning wheel of death and BAM! dead.

It would not connect with my PC or iTunes.

Even if it is unthether now, I still do not trust RedSn0w.

    Your real dumb.

Seeing how the original redsn0w was TETHERED.

It ment that whenever your battery died or you shut your ipod off you had to boot it up FROM A COMPUTER.

You could have just DFU mode and restored, Redsn0w is very reliable

I'm 100% sure that the cause of your "white screen" isn't redsn0w itself, but something you installed prior to the crash, or any other user error. As you can see here, almost all people who aren't new at this stuff and that used redsn0w (incl. me) have no problems with it.

Also you said you've used the tethered one, and if you haven't noticed there's been a bunch of new versions of the jailbreak. And any non-physical problem can be solved by going into DFU mode and restoring.

tl;dr, your "problem" is due to you messing up somewhere.
