ok first u have to hold power and home button till it shuts off.... then once it turns on again u release the power button and but never let go the home button till u get the recovery mode..... then go to ziphone and in the advance options u select normal mode and start process that should do it....

PS search next time because there are many threads with this topic

    To make it easier:
Disconnect your iPod from any power source.
Hold down Menu and power until the screen goes black. Let go of all buttons.
Hold down Menu as you connect your iPod to your computer. Continue to hold Menu until the connect to iTunes screen appears.
In ziPhone under "Advanced (PC)" or Mode (Mac)" boot in normal mode.

    Rep me if I helped.

Use Ziphone 2.6b next time and you won't get this error.

The newer versions of ziPhone, iLiberty, and pwnage tool (winpwn) will all jailbreak your iPod touch successfully in very little time. Pwnage tool (or winpwn) will take longer but you get to add your own boot image and reovery mode image.
