Those are the same who say Bose is an over priced audio equipment. You pay for quality. ZAGG is really good.

I'm def not a fan of the Zagg's for the front screen because they do not provide an immaculately clear screen as well as being an absolute beast to put on sometimes. The Power Support Crystal set has received excellent reviews for maintaing clarity so that is what I will be ordering. Only the static cling screen protectors provide a truly clear solution, although they are susceptible to scratching if abused

http://www.powersupportusa.com/ although not yet for sale.

I will leave brand arguing up to you and someone else who tried them all, but I prefer a matte (anti-glare)screen protector. They don't collect finger prints the way others do and are easier to view when glare is an issue. But then, I tend to use my touch for more email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. and not videos and photos, in which case it probably does make the screen a little less vibrant.

http://www.bestskinsever.com/ are a cheaper version of the zagg. They skimp on all the marketing and over the top packaging that the zaggs come in to cut on costs, although are probably not quite as nice of a product, but close
