    Alright,

I'm migrating up from my iPod touch 1G to the 2G (thanks to the BTS promotion), and I am looking for another good case. I have a white incase slider for my 1G, and I love it, but it has cracked and part of the bottom broke off. Now it does have some scratches on the back of the iPod (though i'm not sure if it was the case, or dirt that got in from the case cracking). I am leaning towards getting another slider for the 2G with an invisible shield (FRONT ONLY) because my 1G ipod got some scratches on the screen.

Does this sound like a good idea or would you recommend something else entirely?

i like the look of that red and black neo touch, but do you know if that case is dockable at all? and the 3.5 mm adapter that comes with it, is that necessary? cause that would be a huge turnoff to me if i had to use it.

If your looking for a slim hard case that doesn't add much bulk, I recommend the Agent 18 Clearshield for the 2G. The case doesn't get talked about much at all, but IMO is one of the best cases on the 2G.

The Neo comes with the universal dock so you sould be fine. And the 3.5 mm is just and extender IF YOU NEED IT

It will work. All headphone work. But when you use headphone with a L shaped pin you need to use the extender but the normal apple headphone work fine
