haha I click on this sub-forum to post my thread and the first two threads other than mine have the word Terminal in them. However this is a little different. I just jailbroke my ipt2g tonight, all I have installed so far has been: CyDelete, dTunes, and Winterboard and I just noticed that I have a new icon called "Terminal" on my Springboard with an icon that is black with a little carrot "^" sideways on it. Any ideas?

If it doesn't affect anything.... can I delete it using CyDelete? I selected it and it just took me to a Dos looking screen with a few words and that's all. I don't have a damn clue..

Thanks for any help you guys can throw at me.

It is a cmd, you probably won't use it, so you can delete it if you want

It comes with dTunes, but if you uninstall it then cydia might tell you to uninstall dTunes too. I personally would keep it.

    Any relation??

haha One more question I promise, Do I still need to DL OpenSSH since SBSettings had it listed under Toggle??

    Thanks again!

Yes, you will need to use terminal to download *******s. OpenSSH is recommended, but you don HAVE to have it.

you need it if you want to download *******s..
you run a command through terminal to download them..

And if sbsettings had it listed then OpenSSH is installed and no need to re-install it.
