First of all, this isn't the problem that a lot of people are complaining about. This is a problem with iTunes 9.

I made the Recently Added playlist work by using the fix by setting the playlist to music.

But the problem is that when new songs are added, they are added on the bottom of the playlist. I want the newer songs on the top instead of the bottom.

How can I make iTunes do this?

Have you pressed the 'Date Added' column header? It should organize the songs from the date they were added (top to bottom/bottom to top).

I still got the issue. Can anyone help me. I tried everything. When I delete the playlist and make a new one again, it orders properly, but when I add new songs, things go wrong again.
