I wrote a nice little Windows program called RecBoot (short for RecoveryBoot) that can easily one click boot your device into/out of Recovery Mode. This is the first program of the Core Dev Team (@iHacker, @ryan45419, @the0rkus, @reventi, and @ablogwriter on twitter). the0rkus did a nice job of writing the Mac version.

I wrote this entirely in Visual Basic with the exception of the batch scripts. It uses iRecovery and iPHUC to boot in/out. Took me a few hours to figure out and write (I'm a 12 year old n00b

It is completely Open Source, as I believe Open Source is what gets the community involved. The blog post, download, and source code can be found below.

    1. Aren't you supposed to be at least 13 to join a forum?
    2. Congrats for making a computer app (and a good one) at 12.
    3. I think it could use a better name, though.
    4. Does it need iRecovery and iPHUC to be installed on the computer?

Lol, I didn't come up with the name, the0rkus did..You could rewrite your own version called iBootRecovery since it's Open Source, one guy has already rewritten it with .NET 2.0 and made the GUI similiar to the blackra1n GUI

I know this is a bit off topic (i am sorry for that)
But the tools name sounds like a rectal exam, who come up with the name lol

Other than that it looks like a pretty useful tool and best of all is available in both flavors (windows and osx)

iREB can't get your device into recovery mode, it justs gets you out of a recovery loop (which my tool does too). Also, iREB is more complicated then this..

You can't link to a site to help others? Wow, that's pretty messed up..
