    What do you mean? About the iPad mini having 5 rows? I'm pretty sure it does. If the iPhone 5 and the iPod touch 5 can do it, the iPad mini can do it. Plus, both the iPad and the iPad mini only have 4 rows until you actually start installing stuff.
