Ok I have a question, are there any completely portable USB capable booters? Where I dont need to install LibUSB etc? I have voltage...does that do it? If I do put voltage on a USB, and plug into another computer what all would I have to do to be able to boot my ipod?

Lastly, if I already have the JB etc. installed, do I only need libusb installed on a computer to allow my Ipod to boot.

To reboot your ipod touch from any computer, it needs Libusb and C++. So you would need to install Libusb and C++ on each different computer you want to reboot on.
