Rebooting Into Spinning Cog

    Whenever I reboot my ipod, it goes into recovery mode. I can deal with that, but when I go to execute a cmd fsboot command with iPHUC, theres a spinning cog right over the arrow on the recovery screen (mid screen). What do I do?
