Reboot

    Should I reboot my jailbreaked 2g or leaves it turn off by itself?

    If you just press the power button for a short amount of time it puts it into sleep, then you can turn it back on when ever you want with out having to do the patch again.

    But you should turn it off once every few days because the ram will get full and it will become laggy. There's a small tool I made in my signature that can automatically redo the patch if you turn your ipod off.

    Hey Tom L222 does this mean that I just have to plug in ipod and wait for your tool/program to do the rest(redo the patch) and I'll get ipod working again? I haven't jb-ed my ipod jet, but that would help me alot when I jailbreak it.

    That's exactly what the tool does but you need to manually get your iPOD into DFU mode for the tool to boot up. Just like the boot apps everyone else is making..
