I'm new to the iPod touch so I might not know if this is normal or not but my problem is my 2g 3.1.2 keeps needing to be restored every time I reboot it. Is this normal because I heard only the 3g needed to be rejailbroken every time you reboot. Am I doing something wrong? Any comment that help would be most appreciated. Thanks

No. The MC is the 3rd gen and not the 2nd gen. The third gen is tethered. Means that in order to reboot your iPod you will need to run blackra1n everytime it shuts off.
