    Overview----------------------------------------------

Real Soccer 09 or Real Football 09 is a great soccer experience for the iPhone and iPod Touch. From great controls, which are easy to get used to, to great gameplay, Real Soccer is a true meant-to-be game for the iDevice. This game contains all, from action replays to all the teams across the world.

    The Main Menu----------------------------------------------

^ That is the Main Menu. The Background is Animated, with a simple flashing background. This menu is very easy to Navigate around:
    • Exhibition - Here you can play a 'quick match', choosing your team and your opponent. You can do simple substitutions, and play normally, but no winnings or losings will count towards any league/cup you are currently playing.
    • Game Modes - Scroll Down to 'Cups and leagues' for the information on this. It also contains 'Penalty Kicks', Training (to test out your skills) and trophies (view what trophies you have won).
    • Multiplayer - Currently this is just local WiFi multilayer. You cannot play online, but only to people who are connected to the same WiFi Router as you.
    • More Games - This just contains all Gameloft games in CoverFlow style.
    • Options - Here you can change the game duration (5, 10, or 15 minutes), the difficulty (easy, normal, hard), the Language, the sound and just learn the controls.

    Playing the Match/Controls----------------------------------------------

    • Walking - Hold down any of the D-Pad Controls in any direction.
    • Running - Quickly tap twice, holding the second tap, on the D-Pad in any direction.

    • Normal Pass - Press 'B'.
    • Through Ball - Hold down 'B'.
    • High Ball - Hold 'B' and Swipe up.

    • Shoot - Press 'A'. The longer, the more powerful and more off-target, the shorter the more on-target and less powerful.
    • Lob the Goalkeeper - Hold down 'A' and swipe up. Same above rule applies for how long you hold 'A'.

The controls in this game are great. They are so easy to remember and are just so.. well great! For example, if you want to lob someone, which is a high pass, you simply slide up high. It took me around 5 minutes to get used to the controls, and was winning matches in no time.

    Celebration/Replays----------------------------------------------

Once you have scored a goal, it shows you a replay of your goal, and your players celebrating.

With instant replay, you can view the previous 10 seconds of gameplay, and rotate around the ball.

    • Rotate left/right
    • Zoom in/out
    • Play/Stop
    • Go up/Down

After the Match, the Players walk in.

    Negative Points----------------------------------------------

Firstly, it is very hard to come up with some negative views on this game, but heck, there are always things to improve on:

    - Online Multiplayer: This game gets really boring playing against the CPU. You would need a challenge once in a while, and if you're like me, the only one who owns an iDevice, then local wifi doesn't help at all.

    - Too Easy - After about 2 weeks of playing this game, even after setting it to 'Hard', I found this game too easy. Every time I lost the ball, I have to do is slide tackle. Then I've got it back. I also just need to lob it down the field and shoot, score. Too easy.

    - Don't Play Properly - Sometimes when the ball gets played out to the open, by default my players should go to it, but no. I have to manually make them run to the ball and run with it from then on.

    Mini Review----------------------------------------------

GamePlay: 8/10 - could be a little more realistic when running
    Graphics: 6/10 - choppy graphics
Controls: 10/10 - very easy to use and play.
Replay Value: 10/10 - Everytime I'm bored, I play this.

Even if maybe technically or in detail you could improve describing stuff, what I sense is that you are very enthousiast about this game and it shows in your review. I'm Italian, I'm passionate. So are you. Great job Sumdaii.
