Alright, So I'm Jailbreaking My Ipod Touch 2g And So Far, On The Tutorial Provided At Ipodtouchfans, Im Stuck At Step 7 Or 10. On Step 7 It Says Install libusb and I Did. And I Got Some Weird Program To Start Up. What Do I With This? Thats My First Problem. And Second(After I Just "Skipped" Step 7") I Get To Step 10 and I've Done Everything Right. But When I Paste The Code That Goes "iRecovery -f iBSS211.dfu" Into Command Prompt It Says "The System Cannot Execute The Specified Program". Like Wtf? I've Spent All Day Trying To Get It And Now This Epic Failure. Any Idea Where I Messed Up Or Tips? Anything.

Make sure the program is in the same directory as the command prompt current directory.
    Hope that helps.

start from the beginning, but this time use jedipottsy's tut. much easier. also when you do jailbreak i recommend you use dim3000's app. i can boot anywhere now.

100% sure that in step 10 if you are getting that error you must download Microsoft's redistributable network code or w.e.

When you think about it, it's really sad that one did not look thoroughly through the tutorial.

    http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137796

Read through and you will see bold text that says: "All users: If you experience weird errors while running iRecovery....." Theres a hyperlink.

It's sad because I had the same problem and spent an extra hour or so bsing around to find the soln.
