I think this iphone might be a real brick, i personnaly believe its reall hard to do, and i guess its pretty rare.

    Here are the symptoms:

Error 23 through itunes or 160X
    Able to jailbreak with redsn0w
Does not turn on without USB
With usb, is stuck in recovery mode loop (stuck in recovery mode basically)

I tried to use iRecovery to get it out of recovery mode (loop), and this is what i get:

AND: NAND initiaisation failed due to format mismatch or uninitialised NAND.
AND: Please reboot with reformatting enabled.

    NAND failed initialisation
Boot Failure Count: 0 Panic Fail Count: 0
Delaying boot for 0 seconds. Hit enter to break into the command prompt...
    root filesystem mount failed
    Radio failed to respond.
    Radio failed to respond.
    Pingng Radio Failed
Entering recovery mode, starting command prompt
    ] (Recovery) iPhone$ fsboot
    root filesystem mount failed

    Any help?
