Read with computer?

    Hi, I have recently jailbroken my iPod touch and I would like to put some Gameboy advance games on it but i don't know how to access the file system with my computer. Can someone please help me out, I tried searching and I couldn't find it. Thank you.

    I'm using WS_FTP and what is the location of my iPod, can someone please help me?

    On your ipod, go to settings, and then WiFi.

    Wait for whatever signal you're using to show up.

    Click the blue arrow on the left.

    On the first page that comes up, you can view your IP address for your ipod.


    When you make a new connection with your FTP whatever, it should have the following settings set:

    Transfer type- SSH
    Server- *ipod's IP address*
    Username- root
    Password- alpine

    It says that it cannot connect to the server. Do i have to be in a certain application on my iTouch to do this?

    i use iphonebrowser cause i dont have to worry about logging in and evrything but you can t change the permissions of things so i use squid.app for that

    If WS_FTP isn't working (I don't believe it can do SSH but I could be wrong), try WinSCP.

    The way I did it:
    Install OpenSSH
    Download CuteFTP PRO (look at ipod touch master's videos on youtube)
    In cftp, make a new SFTP connection to your ipod's ip with the username root ans the password alpine
