    i can't find my 3.0 firmware on my computer,...help me please

    how bout holding the WINKEY + R AND TYPE APPDATA..ROAMING FOLDER..APPLE COMPUTER FOLDER..ITUNES FOLDER..AND THEN BOOM there it is, ipod software update.

    The IPSW is *always* located in %APPDATA%\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Software Updates.

    where is APPDATA..ROAMING FOLDER..APPLE COMPUTER FOLDER..ITUNES FOLDER???? i tried a search got nothing,..also tried what mainguy said still nothing

    They are hidden folders, you need to make it so you can view them

    Make sure you can view hidden files and then navigate to
    C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
