    The "E" looks nice.
The "ntropy" just ruins the whole logo. IMO... it just doesnt fit... >__>

It's not really balanced, if you know what I mean.

    Could of been better.
In case of rating it, I'll give it a 5/10.

make the entraphy font bigger, and but a smooth bevel on the whole thing (no the entraphy) 7/10

    6/10:

looks okay, the text needs a little gradient/color change (besides the E)

the whole thing is a little pixely at the sides, and its a little flat:

try adding a very slight bevel to the circle with the e, then get out your blur filter or just use the brush and blur it VERY slightly to make the edges bend more. I'm talking like 2% opacity.

IMO, a bevel will ruin it.

    I agree with Joseph.

Bevel will ruin it. Flat colours work best on logo designs - if being put into print etc Gradients don't work too well really. The look of the logo is nice, the E looks good, not sure the rest of the text goes with it, not keen on the font.

Try making the lines of the logo thicker or a thicker logo, without the text with flat colours and no bevel.
