And if I'm not mistaken, Skype charges for unlimited calling and texting, that's at least another $10 a month.
Who said you're using skype? If you're talking about the person who bought 4G for 35 per month: Google Voice can make calls... Talkatone's app can also receive... If you're talking about the peel, you have a sim card in it... It's a phone. It is a nice solution, until you're stranded without Wi-Fi...
I paid 45 bucks a month with rogers, on a peel that took 10 minutes to upload a picture to facebook. Now I pay 35 for 100 times the speed and can still make phone calls with skype and use textnow just got a canadian number. Works for me turn the mifi on when I'm not near something free or at home.
So...how dose one find if the audio issue is solved or not without buying one? This looks really good, but I like my music and im not gonna get this if my music is all gonna be 1 volume
These are really interesting. If one comes out that has 3g in the US, I'll really start looking into them. Until then, I'll just stick to using my dumbphone's data with either Opera Mini or iBlueVer to tether my iPod (haven't paid for the full version yet, but I'm really considering it since it's only $5 and it actually saves your settings and lets you stay connected for over 1mb..)
