QuickPWN Help, plz!

    when i go to jailbreak i get to the part were it wants the firmware, it finds the proper one but then says "firmware error string"
    i dont know wut to do

    i have the same stupid problem... so lost!
    i have the 2gen itouch and im on a windows...
    does that cause problems?

    It is currently not possible to jailbreak the 2G iPod Touch.

    or

    I suggest re downloading the firmware, its complains a problem about the firmware, I say, get a new one.

    If all else fails, update your firmware, (2.2) and jailbreak it from there with the steps on the home page of this forum.

    thats wut im trying to jailbreak 2.2, i could try redownloading but i doubt itunes would have even updated my ipod if it was corrupt/broken
