Hey all, just started checking this forum, looks to be a little more active than MMi.

I'm trying to change the boot/restore logos using QuickPwn for Mac. I'm asked if I want to change those logos, but QuickPwn ends up using the pwnapple anyway.

I've tried switching the .img3 files in the original firmware, but then QuickPwn doesn't detect it as a valid IPSW.

I've done lots of searching, but the only guides are for help with the Windows version of QuickPwn.

Lastly, I know this can be done using Pwnage Tool in expert mode, but that firmware always leaves me without any phone service (I know: phone user on the touch site, be friendly).

Thanks in advance for any help, either with quickpwn or pwnage.

The logos you're looking for are in QuickPwn.app/Contents/Resources/ as logo.png and recovery.png.

Also, your no service problem is caused by activation.
When using expert mode, simply uncheck activation.
