I would suggest shutting down any other processes you have running that are eating up RAM, FF, iTunes, etc. Also, double check and make sure the first step of the program says your good to go, otherwise it probably will freeze on you if you don't have everything you need to run. If it still freezes, uninstall, re-download, reinstall, and see if that works.

Easiest way to jailbreak is if your already tethered just apply the patch,

Im already tethered but how do I just apply the patch? I tried to put it into DFU mode and do the prejailbreak but after that I still had to manual boot while synched to my computer.

When I go to create firmware in quickfreedom, i get an error popup that says "An error occured during process!"
I am just wondering if anyone has had similar problems..

I had this same problem too, but I just restarted my computer and then it started to download the firmware.
