Firstly i'd like to say hi, and that i really appreciate the help you all give here.

I'm getting an error with quickfreedom when i click the button to create custom firmware.

The log shows that it gets to: "Now creating, please wait..."
Then i get this: "Error-Could not load IPSW"
I also get a popup with no error number that says: "Error-Unable to create firmware!"

I have a fresh restore of firmware 2.2.1 installed.
I have checked that LIBusb is properly installed.
I downloaded a fresh copy of the .ipsw file.

I looked through the sticky's and searched for other posts like mine and no luck. Am I missing something (likely i am)?

EDIT: by the way i am using windows vista 32-bit home premium edition. Latest version of itunes

    Ummm.
I would not suggest using quickfreedom. If you haven't tried redsnow beta 0.3, you should try that. No restoring needed
