    Category: Utilities
    Price: Free!
    Developer: iPhone Wizards
Version: 1.0(Version 1.1 to come soon according to author.)
    Size: 249.1KB
    Compatibility: iPhone(All Models 3.0+), iPod Touch(All Models 3.0+)

    Basic Info:
Battery Status is a self explanatory Application that reads out you battery status to you.
After you download the Application and open it you will be greeted by a basic interface with a simple layout.
Flick the Monitoring Switch on then all the fields give a read out of different times. They are as followed:
    • Talk - 3G
    • Talk - 2G
    • Standby
    • Net - EDGE
    • Net - Wifi
    • Audio Play
    • Video Play
All calculating your time in hours and minutes.

Underneath the times is a Battery State field showing if you battery is:
    • Unplugged
    • Charging
    • Fully Charged
    • Or unknown. Lol.
As you can see, this is all the App does.

    Summary:
Battery Status is a very basic Application that is good for jailed(Non-Jailbroken) people with out Numeric Battery.
While it might not be totally accurate with percentage according to the Numeric battery as you can see above, it is still a good reader.
It would be more useful to iPhone users seeing as it is targeted towards them more with Talking/Edge time. Etc.

    Pros:
    • It's free.
    • Gives a reading for just about everything your iPhone/iPod can do.
    • Version 1.1 is said to look nicer.

    Cons:
    • Not totally accurate with the Numeric battery.
    • Boring look.

Nice review! I would place a bit more faith in alternative methods to judge how much charge i have left than using this...
