LockBackground.png is the lockscreen wallpaper and it belongs in the root folder of your active theme.

Wallpaper.png is the homescreen wallpaper and it belongs in the same folder.

"user wallpaper" theme just clutters up your winterboard list to achieve 1 picture, not worth it

    On your Computer
    • Use WinSCP to go into var/stash/Themes.xxxxxXXxxx/
    • Right Click - New - Directory
    • Name it "Pugface.theme" no quote marks
    • Open Pugface.theme
    Not WinSCP
    • Put the wallpaper you want in My Documents
    Back in WinSCP
    • Drag the Wallpaper into Pugface.theme
    • Rename it to Wallpaper.png
    On your iPod Touch/iPhone
    • Apply Pugface in Winterboard
    • Press the home button and it will auto-reboot
    • Rinse and Repeat
